One Habit To Change Your Life
There is just one little habit that has completely changed my life.
In fact, it’s even changed my personality!
It’s made me calmer, more relaxed, able to find creative solutions more easily, avoid getting sucked into negativity and I also yell at my kids a lot less frequently! (In fact, these days when I do, I know something has gone seriously wrong with my self care)
This one little habit only takes 10-20 minutes a day but took me years to manage to make it a daily habit.
I had all the excuses. I was busy, it was too hard, I just couldn’t do it, I was probably just fine without.
Well I can tell you that now that it has become a daily habit, I simply cannot go into my day without it. It’s like not brushing your teeth or having a morning shower. You just don’t feel right.
Yes – as you probably guessed by now, I am talking about meditation.
