We can be so hard on ourselves sometimes, berating ourselves for not getting everything done, for falling behind, letting things slip through the cracks when life is a bit busy.
But.. you know what? That’s hard work!
Let’s give ourselves permission and realise it’s OK to be less than perfect – to not always be on top of things and up to date. To skip our exercise routine, get take-out or wear our ‘last chance’ undies. To not be able to do all we want all the time – even if those things are important to us.
