Just as an athletes needs to have times of recovery and understands this is where the REAL WORK happens and muscle is actually built – you also need to do the same.
Your mind needs down-time. Time to sift & sort, time to let the creativity flow, for solutions to appear.
If you just stay stuck focused on the problem, working harder & harder to try to solve it, all you’ll do is wear yourself out.
