Gratitude isn’t always a good idea

As I was flicking through my book, I came across the page where I talk about why it’s so important to say thanks.

Expressing appreciation and gratitude for what you have in your life – and for the magic & wonder of life itself – puts you in a really good place. It lifts your vibration.

And that’s a great thing because guess what? When you raise your vibration you will resonate with more things that are in alignment with that feeling – with feeling so utterly appreciative and grateful for having such a cool life.

So feeling great about your life will help you have more things in your life to feel great about. How awesome is that?

There is a little warning bell I’d like to ring for you though. It’s one that trips a lot of people up and leaves them wondering why this whole ‘Law of Attraction’ thing just doesn’t seem to work.
