Picture this.
You’re doing everything right. Showing up, investing in the right things, implementing the strategies. And yet you’re still cycling through the same loop, wondering why that needle hasn’t moved yet..
Here’s what I want you to consider: What if the thing that breaks the cycle isn’t another strategy at all?
What if it’s something you already have? Something you just haven’t fully claimed yet?
That’s exactly what we get into in Episode 2 of The Shift.
The solution most people never think to look for
When we feel stuck, we naturally tend to look for what’s missing. (We literally ask “What am I missing??”)
We think there’s a strategy we haven’t tried. A course that will finally crack it open. A new offer that will ring in the sales.
But what if you’re not missing any of those things?
What if the problem is that you’ve outgrown the conversation?
Here’s what I’ve noticed, both in my own business and with the women I work with:
You don’t break out of the cycle by adding something new. You break out when you make a decision. A very specific kind of decision.
I call it the Permission Decision.
And before you roll your eyes – stay with me. Because this isn’t about journaling affirmations or visualising your dream life. This is about something concrete. Something that shifts the way you show up in every email, every post, every sales conversation.
What the Permission Decision actually is:
The Permission Decision is the moment you STOP WAITING.
Waiting for the right strategy. The right numbers in your bank account. The right amount of confidence. The right sign that you’re finally ready.
And you simply DECIDE to trust what you already know. Right here. Right now. No more waiting. No more delays.
Not after ‘the next thing’. Not when circumstances are better or the moon is in the right phase.
But here’s another part that trips most people up. It’s subtle, so stay with me here.
There’s a massive difference between deciding to work towards something and deciding it’s already yours.
“Working towards it” sounds positive. Motivated. Driven. But here’s what it’s quietly doing underneath: It implies not there yet. And when your whole internal operating system is running on “not there yet,” your reality keeps matching it.
That gap never closes. It’s like the donkey chasing the carrot on a stick – always moving, never arriving.
The Permission Decision is the moment you stop chasing and start claiming.
Not faking it. Not acting as if. Actually deciding that what you want is real, it’s allowed, and it’s meant to be yours. That the door to success was never locked. You’ve just been standing in the revolving door waiting for someone to hand you a key that doesn’t exist.
The part you’ve probably already started
Here’s something I want you to really hear.
That refusal to give up? That voice that keeps telling you your business is destined for great things, no matter how many times you’ve wanted to throw in the towel?
That IS the Permission Decision – or at least, the first part of it.
The fact that you keep going, keep showing up, keep refusing to settle – that’s not stubbornness. That’s your inner knowing. And it’s been right all along.
The question is: Have you decided to keep looking for what’s missing – or have you given yourself permission to actually have it?
Because those are two very different things. And that second part – that decision to have it NOW – that’s where everything shifts.
Under the hood:
Here’s the thing though. The Permission Decision doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
It’s shaped by what’s going on ‘under the hood’ – deep in your unconscious. It’s shaped by the money stories and patterns that quietly determine how worthy, deserving, and ready you see yourself as being.
And if those old patterns are still running the show, you can try to make that Permission Decision a hundred times over and still hit the same invisible wall.
That’s why the best next step after this episode is to find out what money patterns are running the show in your unconscious mind.
