Everything has a useful purpose in life, I’m sure of it. Even procrastination can be used to help you reach your goals.
We all have habits that are hindering us, things we’d prefer not to do. We impulsively react – or overreact – to certain things when a different approach would be much more helpful, joyful or healthy.
We have habits we’d rather be without. This is where procrastination and its close friend, distraction come in very handy!
