Let’s talk about why alignment is the key to a super successful business and life.

… But before we talk about that, let’s talk about what alignment actually is, because maybe you’re not 100% sure or maybe you just need a little bit of tweaking, or maybe you have no idea and you hear everybody talk about it and you wonder secretly, “What is it actually?”

So, alignment is when you, as the physical you, are connected with and in tune with the higher parts of you, your higher consciousness – the part of you that is part of the One Mind, the Universal Mind and all the intelligence that resides there.

Some people talk about it as their higher self, their soul, the collective unconscious, their unconscious mind, their inner being, there’s a whole number of words. What alignment is is when you’re no longer separate to that, when you haven’t cut yourself off from it and you’re not operating just from the paradigm of, “This Universe and this world I live in is a machine and I have to force my way through it through sheer hard work,”

It’s when you’re actually connected to all the intelligence, all the support that’s available to you at all times and you are tuned in so that you can receive the guidance that is there for you, which means that you act on impulse, you act on guidance. You act in guided ways and you enter a state of “flow,” where you’re not really thinking, but you’re “feeling” your way through life. You just know that now is the time to rest, and now is the time to go. That now is the time to call that friend you suddenly thought of, and now is the time to maybe not go to that function you were planning to go to that you’ve already paid for because it just doesn’t feel right. It comes from a place of higher guidance rather than from a place of overthinking it and fear.

Alignment is when the things you are seeking are actually there to guide you. It’s when you get to live in a state of flow and balance because everything is perfectly aligned and happening at the right time in the right way with the right people. It’s when you’ve kind of let go of the oars a little bit, in terms of you the physical finite part of you that you sometimes think is all there is to you. It’s when you’ve let go of the control of the oars and you’ve handed over and you’re putting your trust and faith into that higher part of you, your higher consciousness and the intelligence that is always sending you signals and guidance. You’ve learned how to tune in, and you’ve learned how to trust it, and you’ve learned how to compliment it with your own activity, because we still live in this material, practical world and part of us is this spiritual self that is connected to this amazing intelligence, this Universal Mind, this God consciousness.

It’s about learning how to dance the dance and live in both worlds and marry the two. It’s really your divine feminine that’s receiving the information and the guidance married to your sacred masculine, the part of you that knows how to act and do things and show up in the world. Both are important, and both are really beautiful and powerful. When you bring the two together, that is when everything flows.

This is why this state of alignment really is the key to a successful and fulfilling business and life.

All the practical strategies are very important, however, when you’re doing it from a place of, “I am on my own and this is all there is to me,” you’re doing it through simply your physical effort and that can only take you so far, whereas when you enter a state of alignment you actually tap into the leverage of the entire Universe and intelligence beyond what you could ever imagine, and coincidences and synchronicities that you never could have predicted will come to your aid and help everything unfold in perfecting timing and in magical ways.

That is why alignment comes first and truly is the key to that successful and fulfilling, joyous and magical business and life.

The real secret to attracting money EASILY

Let’s talk about the real secret to attracting more money EASILY.

If you’ve been focusing on attracting more abundance and more money into your business and your life for a while, you might have found that, at times… or maybe a lot of the time, it starts to feel really hard and frustrating… and the more you try, the worse it gets!

That’s actually completely what happens. As you try harder, you’re reinforcing to the universe and your subconscious mind – which are kind of the same thing but we’ll talk about that another time – you are reinforcing that it’s hard work and that it’s not happening. Just the word “try” alone, actually implies NOT succeeding – which is why Yoda was so right (if you know what I’m talking about with the Star Wars reference)

There is no try. There is only “do” and “do not.”

In fact, in hypnotherapy, we use the word “try” to suggest to people that they cannot succeed. So, I don’t know if you’ve ever worked with a hypnotherapist (maybe you’ve worked with me?) We can do things like stick your hand to your leg or glue your eyes shut. We use the word “try” over and over again, “Go on try. Try to do it,” and the more you try the more you find you can’t do it!

The word “try” is hypnotic and it implies not succeeding. When you’re “trying” you are not succeeding and you’re reinforcing to your unconscious mind that you’re having to try because it’s not working, and that is the message you’re sending out to the universe with your energy of frustration and how hard it all is and how you just keep trying and you can’t crack it.

So, the real secret to attracting more money more easily, is to dance the dance of what I call the Manifesting Paradox.

Yes, you need to connect with what you want. You need to have the idea. You need to dream the dream. You need to connect with that possibility of the outcome you want that already exists out in the quantum field. Now once that’s done, whether you visualise, or you daydream, or you make a vision board, or you just spend some time talking and thinking about it – that’s done. The connection has happened. It’s kind of like you’ve branded that event. You’ve branded that outcome with your electromagnetic signature.

So the universe heard your order, no need to keep repeating it.

The work from here on is simple: It’s allowing yourself to be in a state where you can attract it. And “trying” to bring it in is not the state you want to be in!

So what you actually need to work on is getting into a state of “allowing.” Allowing it to flow to you, which means that you kind of need to be unattached enough to “how” and “when” and still be excited and looking forward to the outcome. So being really thrilled because you know that you create your reality, but at the same time knowing that the details of that are not your work. The “how” is not your work and when you try to get in the way and micromanage the process, you just slow it down.

So that is the real secret to attracting more money, more easily:
 Come up with all the great ideas, dream the dream, and then get into a space of “allowing,” which means you just have to stay in that beautiful state of unattached expectation.

Tune in and notice, “is that how I’m feeling?” If it’s not, make a little tweak and check it again. If it’s not, make another little tweak. Lots of baby steps add up beautifully over time.

How rich do you think you can get?

And another question: When I say “get rich,” does that trigger you? Does that make you feel a bit squirmy and uncomfortable?

Interesting, right?

So I want to talk about the paradox of conscious evolution. Sounds pretty cool, right?

The thing is that most people who start working with me in particular and who I see out there wanting to really look at Law of Attraction, the power of the universe, the power of their unconscious mind… are mainly interesting in how to get rich – how to get some more money in the bank. And that’s totally cool because money is important, but because they’re looking at spirituality as a means to achieve that, it actually means they’re also interested in their inner riches, in the richness of their inner life.

What happens is that when they first start, their focus is very much on their outer world. They’re focusing on the lack of enough money, how much they want more, the things that are going wrong, the things that are still not quite as they want them to be, and all their focus is outside of them. But as they start working on their inner world, they start to discover and unearth and connect to their inner riches. They start to realize how rich the world within them is and how many riches already lay inside of them that they can dive into and thoroughly enjoy and kind of bathe in. It’s a beautiful feeling to know that your inner world is so incredibly rich and there is so much beauty and abundance in there.

As you continue doing this work and taking your focus within and really diving deep and plugging into the power that exists right there within you and discover how awesome that feels, the scales start to tip. You’re actually focusing on your inner world, on your inner abundance, on your inner riches, and you stop caring so much about the outside world and, paradoxically, what happens is that the outer world starts to shift and mirror the inner world. Your outer world also starts to become more rich, and more abundant.

Remember, “As within, so without.”

There’s a reason for all of these beautiful old sayings!

As you start to discover your inner world, that is when your outer world can shift.

While your focus is on the outer world where you don’t have any power and where everything is happening TO you, you have no control and you’re not going to be able to get what you want. But as you start to dive within and really plug into that incredible unlimited power that exists within you and just revel in how beautiful and abundant that is, you’re going to stop caring so much about the outer world, which means all that resistance you had falls away, and the outer world shifts and becomes magically abundant also. You’re going to be in a totally different place, because THAT will be the cherry on top – as you’ve discovered something much more important.

The reason why people want all the outer riches is that they want to feel rich, fulfilled, and abundant within.

So, the way to maintain your connection to your inner riches, my darling, is of course through meditation. There are many other ways, but the easiest way that you can do it without me there to guide you through some other stuff, is through daily meditation. If you keep up that beautiful practice, that means that every time you sit down and close your eyes you’re giving yourself an opportunity to really connect to and experience the riches within.

3 reasons you can’t manifest when the stakes get higher

Why is it that when the stakes start getting higher, it becomes so much harder to manifest what you want?

Do you experience that?

I’ve been there myself. I had the car parking fairy giving me rockstar carparks – no matter where I was going. Fringe Festival in Adelaide, city overflowing with locals and tourists from all over the world… not a carpark to be found in the whole city, but mine was always there waiting, right outside the ticket box or the venue I was going to. Tickets to concerts, invitations to really cool parties and events, or even free holidays. I could manifest all sorts of things like that, but when it came to clients, income, or a more effortless flow to my business I was hitting a brick wall.

So, why is it so easy with the little stuff but when the stakes get higher, we hit that brick wall?

Let me tell you three reasons why:

Number one, we have this belief that we’re raised with in hard work. That if you really want that tangible, serious outcome that gives you respect and acknowledgement from the people around you, you have to deserve it and have earnt it through your hard work. That is why in the Effectology Method Program we clear that old bullshit story with hypnosis, because that’s just not true… unless you choose to believe it and then it becomes very, very true for you!

The second thing is that you don’t have stability in your vibration. You’re not energetically and vibrationally stable enough and that means that as soon as something means more to you, as soon as you’re a little bit more attached to it, you start worrying and doubting and anytime something appears to not be going right you worry even more which throws your vibration off even more.

You don’t have that stability, which means means your vibration is very susceptible to every little thing that’s going on in your outside world.

You’re not controlling life, life is controlling you.

The only way that you’re going to get past that is with consistency.

Consistency of practice of stability in your alignment. That means you have to do those things that bring you into alignment and help you stay in alignment, CONSISTENTLY. Not just for a week, or month, or here and there, or when you remember, or when you really want something, but ALL THE TIME. In the beginning it’ll be harder work because you’re not used to it, and then once you get to a place where you actually have that beautiful flow and that becomes your new normal, it actually becomes very easy and there’s no way you’d ever go back to not practicing and doing the things that keep you in alignment.

It’s a little bit like brushing your teeth. You know, when you were little your mum probably had to force you to do it a few times, but now you wouldn’t really want to leave the house without doing it. it would just feel weird and your whole day would feel off.

And the third one is a lack of faith. You don’t really believe it. You don’t really trust it. You kind of hope it does happen, but deep in your heart you didn’t believe it. Let’s be honest. That faith can only come from proving yourself right.

You really do need to get over that hurdle and prove yourself right so that you believe it. That means that you’ve gotta stick with it and the only way you can stick with it often enough and for long enough that you can prove yourself right so that that faith becomes innate, is through deep immersion.

That means that you dive into an environment where you practise this and you see the results consistently enough that you can then shift your doubt to faith. You do that for long enough that it sticks… that the scales tip.

This is why my Effectology Method Program is a 6-month program.

There are no silver bullets!

It’s only through immersion and consistency and the strength of your desire, which is what’s going to make you take that dive into the immersion and keep up the consistency, and if you have a support network around you like we do in the Effectology Method Program that helps you stay on track, that’s fabulous, but it’s only through the depth of your immersion, the level of your consistency, and the level of your desire that you can break through.

That is how you get to that place where you DO have faith, you ARE consistently stable enough in your vibration, and you no longer have all those old BS beliefs that keep holding you back.

The best consistent habit that I can recommend to you to help you stay in alignment and reach alignment every single day is meditation. There is a reason why every spiritual teacher on earth will suggest meditation, and will highly, highly recommend you meditate. it allows you to dive deeper within. It’s a little moment of self immersion and it’s the consistency of that practice that then helps you get those results that produce the faith.

Let’s talk about how to manifest more clients and money.

When you’re in business it’s really easy to get into the mindset and pattern of focusing on that you NEED the clients, you NEED the money (because you NEED to pay the bills), and how much you want them. What usually happens is you find that it’s not very long before the flow of clients and money starts to dry up even more. This is because your focus is then on the “lack” of what you want, on the fear of it not coming. That is then what this intelligent universe that we live in starts responding to.

You’re focusing on not enough, the fear of not enough, and that’s what you create more of. The key is to actually start becoming magnetic – magnetic to the clients, the money, and all the things it takes to have them in your business and your life.

The way you do that is by becoming this powerful, stable, source of attraction – becoming the magnet. A lot of people think that manifesting is about going out and trying to grab at things and reel them in. But manifesting – truly effortless, easy, and graceful manifesting, is actually about BEING the magnet. Magnetizing yourself and having the things come to you.

So, how do you become magnetic?

Well, you need to be strong, focused, centered, and powerful.

You need to become this powerful, attracting force that then magnetically draws the things you desire to you. It starts by being really aligned, by being grounded in who you are, by taking good care of yourself so that you’re not frazzled, and constantly thinking, “Well, I need to do this, I need to do that. Maybe I need to have this kind of client. Maybe I need to start speaking the language of this kind of person with that kind of problem. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.” You’re constantly looking outside of yourself, trying to figure out who you need to be to please them.

What you actually need to do is flip that around and become so grounded, so strong, and so powerful in who you are and what you are about that you then become irresistibly magnetic to the people who need what you have to offer. The more this is genuinely in alignment with who you truly are and what it is you’re here to do, so that you can just stand powerfully in the passion of it, in the belief in it, in the mission that is entirely and uniquely yours, the more irresistibly magnetic you will become to the people who need exactly what it is you have to offer.

So it is about knowing YOU and connecting to YOU at that deep and powerful level.

Because you know what? When you’re standing in that place of power, you could be selling paper clips or you could be selling toothpicks, and people will want to buy them from you because people still need paper clips and toothpicks. So whatever it is that is uniquely your thing, there is a market for it. The more powerful you are in your knowing that this is you, and speaking your message and getting it out there, the more clearly you will connect with those people and the more powerfully you will attract all the things you need in order to serve them.

So, the key to it is knowing yourself in a really deep and profound way.

And you start doing that by knowing what your core values are, by connecting to the deepest part of you at the unconscious level so that you do have that pure passion, that pure drive, that inspiration that comes from within that draws you forward in the direction of your dreams that makes you irresistibly magnetic.

Attract more money by going undercover

Today we’re going to talk about why when you want to manifest more money it really pays to go stealth.

What am I talking about? Well, when you’re in a position where you think “I really need to manifest more money,” … maybe to pay off some debts (stick around if that’s mainly why you want to manifest more money because I’ve got something really awesome for you)

So, you’re wanting to manifest more money because you really need it and you’re really feeling that need for it… what that actually means is that money is an issue in your life at the moment, right?

So, you’re feeling like there’s not enough. You’re noticing the lack of money and that means that that subject of money is loaded with all of that. What that actually means is that your focus and your vibration is on the lack of money, on not enough money, on the frustration that there’s still a GAP between where you’re at and where you want to be and that it’s not here yet and it’s not happening fast enough.

All of that frustration is actually creating energetic resistance to more money coming in.

You’re actually hypnotising and training yourself into “There is just not enough.” You’re programming your unconscious mind and the entire Universe into “I just never have enough. There’s a gap. I’m really noticing the gap. It’s really pissing me off, and the more it’s pissing me off the more there’s a gap,” and it just stays stuck on that. It’s like you’re in a revolving door and you can’t seem to get out.

You need to just get out of all of that. Break out of it. Get out of that revolving door, because that’s really hard and if a bit of money manages to sneak through it’s kind of a bonus but it’s really difficult.

So, you want to step away from all of that and recognize that money is just part of abundance. Money is really just a means to an end. The vibration that matches the end result of all of the things you want the money for is actually the vibration of abundance.

The feeling that you want to generate and the things you want to train your unconscious into knowing to be your reality, are all the things that match that vibration, that feeling state of “I’m living an abundant life.”

Money is just one of the factors within it.

So what you’re actually doing is you’re going bigger and wider and just letting the money drop in, rather than trying to micromanage that little aspect of this bigger topic of abundance and creating a whole lot of havoc.

So that’s why I have a saying that’s “Let’s get off the topic, and on the vibration.” Because the topic of money isn’t helping, but the vibration of abundance? You can get to that.

You can find lots of ways to get in that vibration of abundance. Just sit down right now, make a list of at least five things, or ten, or twenty, that make you feel really abundant. At the end of the day, that’s what you want the money for. The money itself? You look at it for a while, if you’ve got loads of it maybe you take a swim in the bathtub in it, but then that’s the end of the money’s purpose in your life.

The purpose of the money is something so much bigger.

So, connect to that, make it easy for yourself and until next time keep on embracing your unlimited potential!
